Join us for Nourish & Flourish Night with Dr. Jenny, featuring a calming guided breathwork session to help you release tension, ease stress, and reconnect with your body. This practice offers a powerful reset for your nervous system, whether you're just beginning or seeking to deepen your breathwork journey.
Please bring a pillow, blanket, and yoga mat to the session. You’re also welcome to bring a pen and paper to jot down any reflections or insights that may come to you.
